Finding an experienced Marketer to cover your maternity or parental leave is not easy. Having taken over maternity leave contracts for higher level roles, we understand the importance of having the right fit for both culture and competency. We also put an emphasize on a smooth onboarding and transition back process which is why we recommend longer contractual periods for senior roles.
THE PROCESS
Here's how it works:
We’ll work with you and your employer to best understand the role you’re looking to fill
Together with the hiring manager and person taking the leave, we’ll ensure critical skills, responsibilities and success measurements are defined
We’ll provide you with a small pool of viable candidates for the role
Once a candidate is chosen, we’ll work together on align on ensuring a smooth onboarding process
We’ll check in with you and the candidate separately for the first 3 months to ensure fit
